Binkd is a Fidonet mailer designed to operate via TCP/IP networks.

As a FTN-compatible internet daemon, it makes possible efficient 
utilization of TCP/IP protocol suite as a transport layer in FTN-based 
(Fido Technology Network) networks.

Version adapted to AmigaOS 3.2 without ixemul using native api compiled
with bebbo gcc for 020 or higher.

Added:
- Auto NR-mode on incomplete files
- NC_flag (no-compression per node)
- no-call-delay config keyword

- process_tic: Process FTN .tic files from inbound to filebox
- nodelist: FidoNet nodelist compiler for binkd
