Short: Telnet/BBS ANSI Client for Kick 1.3 Author: aminet@jaehne.tk (Marcel Jähne) Uploader: aminet jaehne tk (Marcel Jähne) Type: comm/tcp Version: 0.29 Architecture: m68k-amigaos = 1.3 Distribution: Aminet MiniTelnet is a standalone AmigaOS 1.3 Telnet/BBS client for classic 68000 Amigas. It opens on its own fullscreen custom screen, uses direct bsdsocket.library networking, and is designed for ANSI/IBM BBS systems. It supports basic ANSI/VT100 control sequences, CP437/IBM character rendering, ANSI colors, a selectable terminal font, and a menu-driven interface with a Connect dialog and address book. It stores settings in minitelnet.conf and address-book entries in minitelnet.addr. At startup it chooses the screen bitplane depth based on available ChipRAM and shows the detected memory and active bitplanes. Best working with: ibm/8 Fonts (included).
