"TorqueWare(TM) vs. Sockets Programming" is a source code comparison
of network programming using both the commercial TorqueWare product
and the Unix-derived sockets programming (available through AmiTCP/IP
and AS225 v2). It uses an example of sending a file across the network,
and shows all of the TorqueWare-specific and most of the socket-specific
code to accomplish this. Neither example has been compiled and tested,
but the preparatory sockets code was extracted from actual working code,
so this example should prove to be a good starting point or reference.
(Other books and articles should be used in conjunction with this example).
