A driver to allow use of Parallel printers and Zip drives on Mediator equipped Amigas.

Changes since last version:

- New config file option 'EPPOnly' for Lava Parallel port cards which only work in EPP mode.

- Because of this the driver now runs all cards in EPP mode.

- Removed some of the handshaking code that doesn't seem to be needed, ZIP Drives should be a little faster now.
