Short: Tomb Raider on ZZ9000, RasterIX/Software Author: Xanxi Uploader: Xanxi Type: game/shoot Version: 1.0 Requires: MNT ZZ9000, XACP XX19c+ (Software) or XX19d-RIX (RasterIX) Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 3.0 ZZOpenLara 1.0 ============== The original Tomb Raider (1996) on Amiga with MNT ZZ9000. OpenLara game engine by XProger, adapted for Core1 Cortex-A9 by Xanxi. RasterIX hardware-accelerated 3D at 320x240 / 640x480 / 800x600, or ARM software rendering at 320x240 / 640x480. Supports PC FMV, converted CD music, original PSX loading screens, keyboard and CD32 pad. Workbench GUI for game and renderer settings. IMPORTANT: Game assets are NOT included; supply your own Tomb Raider I PC CD files. PC CD DATA files (.PHD and .PCX) must be placed directly in ZZOpenLara/data/. For movies, copy the PC CD FMV .RPL files there too. The PC CD is required; the PlayStation disc BIN/CUE is optional for the fuller soundtrack and five PSX loading screens. For the most complete music, combine the PSX soundtrack with the PC CD audio tracks. Tools included: tools/ZZOpenLara-Music-Complete.bat (recommended 58-track wizard) tools/ZZOpenLara-Music.exe, ZZOpenLara-Music-Wizard.ps1 tools/ZZOpenLara-PSX-Screens.exe, ol_music.py, ol_psx_screens.py Standalone Windows EXEs are included: no Python installation is needed. For ALL 58 music tracks, double-click ZZOpenLara-Music-Complete.bat, select the PSX CUE and then PC CUE in two Windows file dialogs. The wizard verifies all tracks and writes tools/complete_music/ol_music.pak without overwriting a pre-existing tools/ol_music.pak. For PSX loading screens, drag the PSX CUE onto the screens EXE. Python scripts are optional alternatives for other systems. See README_EN.txt or README_FR.txt for step-by-step instructions. Amiga requirements: AmigaOS 3.x, Picasso96, AHI and MNT ZZ9000. The ARM software renderer requires XACP XX19c or newer. The FPGA RasterIX renderer requires XACP XX19d-RIX or newer. Both rendering modes are available with XX19d-RIX. Developed and tested on A4000/060. Not compatible with standard MNT or Blitterstudio firmwares.
