This replayer was basically ripped out of HivelyTracker and bodged into a
standalone replayer. There are no documents for the HVL module format,
Peter Gorden just knocked it together as he wrote HivelyTracker.
This replayer is the "documentation as code".

play_hvl tested and worked fine on the following configurations:

- IcarOS i386               (Kickstart 51.51, Workbench 40.0, AROS ABIv0)
- AROS One i386             (Kickstart 51.51, Workbench 40.0, AROS ABIv0)
