Type: util/arc
Version: 1.0
Architecture: m68k-amigaos
Distribution: Freeware

It's a five minutes tool that you can use to extract several archive.
I use this tool as a ToolManager dock object to extracting archive
with a simple icon drag. Extract always in ram (It's not a feature but
 read again the first sentence...).

 Requirement:

 OS3+ (use datatypes)
archive datatypes descriptors installed (can be found in /util/dtype/clidt.lha).
several archive extractor (lha, lzx, unzip, gzip, tar).

 Feature:

Can extract lha, lzx, zip, gzip, tar-gzip archives.
 Use datatypes to identify archives.

 Usage:

it's a command-line tool but you should use it with ToolManager.
option: -o Enable output of extractors.
         -x??? x position of a window that's say "Extract...".
-y??? y position of the same window.
You must specify -x and -y if you want the little window.

 My usage:

In the ToolManager exec object prefs:
 [Exec Type]: Shell
 [Command]: c:WbUnArc -x500 -y10
 [Arguments]: Checked
 [Current Directory]: Ram:

That's all! You can use this exec object as a dock object, a menu-item or an appicon.
With a dock, you have just to drop archive on a dock to extract it.

 Install:
Copy WbUnArc where you want (c: for example).
Check that lha and other are in your path (if they are in c:, it's ok).

If you have a problem or if you want i spent more time on this little tool, mail-me.
