 IFF_FX is a program with nice Intuition-Interface
 that performs several effects on any IFF/ILBM picture
 (except HAM).
 It needs AGA chipset because most of the algorithms 
 rely on a 256-step-Greyscale.
 NEW: Many Effects now in COLOR !

 Effects possible:
   1) Picture to Grey
   2) Detect Edges
   3) Compute Direction of Edges
   4) Make Relief
   5) Smooth 
   6) Median Filter
   7) Sharpen
   8) Halve Size 
   9) Invert Colormap
