MODify is a lightweight MUI music browser and player for classic Amiga
computers. It communicates with a small Windows server over the local
network, allowing the Amiga to browse and play music stored on the PC or
available from selected Internet archives.

Features include:

- Browse, search and randomly select tracker modules stored on the PC.
- Browse and stream MP3 files stored on the PC.
- Search The Mod Archive through its official API.
- Search Scene.org, with ZIP/LHA extraction performed on the PC.
- Display recent module uploads from Aminet.
- Search and stream AmigaRemix releases.
- Display available title, remixer, composer and production information.
- Transfer compatible modules to RAM:temp for EaglePlayer.
- Stream MP3 audio directly to AmigaAMP without filling the Amiga RAM disk.
- PLAY, STOP and QUIT control for EaglePlayer and AmigaAMP using ARexx.

The supplied MODifyServer.exe is a standalone 64-bit Windows program;
Python is not required for normal use. A personal The Mod Archive API key
is needed only for The Mod Archive search function.

Amiga requirements:

- AmigaOS 3.1 or newer and MUI.
- A working TCP/IP stack.
- RexxMast and the RX command available as REXXC:RX.
- EaglePlayer for tracker modules.
- AmigaAMP and its required libraries for MP3 playback.

PC requirements:

- 64-bit Windows connected to the same local network.
- 7-Zip for LHA/LZH and other supported archive formats.
- Internet access for online searches and streaming.

MODify accesses The Mod Archive, Scene.org, Aminet and AmigaRemix only when
requested by the user. It does not mirror or bulk-download their catalogues
and is not affiliated with those services.
