HandBook is a commodity that displays a popup window showing e.g.
all your .doc and .guide files in HELP:. The path(s) to search is
fully configurable, as is the pattern to filter out files and the
program used to view the files.

This was written in Blitz Basic 2.1 with the Blitz Support Suite
and Triton. Source code is available.
