I had this thing for a long time on my harddrive, but was unsure if i
can release it. Luckily Andreas Kleinert could clear this up just recently.
Appearently the notes in the sources were outdated, and in release.txt, which
is in fact the file with the newest filedate in the original archive there
is a note that "managers of public ftp Sites should make this software available
on their sites". I overread this note the first time i got this archive.
Thanks go to Andreas Kleinert for clearing these things up.

Note: I only output every 100th frame-count to reduce context-switches. It
probably won't make a difference, but anyways :)

You have to setenv MPEGTABLES for this software.
