This is a new version of the external "Dave Lowe New" module replay for
EaglePlayer 1.54/2.00+.  It's a replayer for all (?) known modules which
Dave Lowe has released in binary format.

Version 1

- fixed (via an internal patch) songdata bugs in one of the "Beneath
  A Steel Sky" modules, which improves the sound quality.
- added an Amplifier version (EP 2.00+ only)

Notes:

1. This player plays two formats of Dave Lowe binary songs and was
   tested with Dave Lowe songs from the games: "Flink", "King's Quest VI",
   "Super Street Fighter II: TNC" and "Beneath A Steel Sky".

2. Sometimes not all samples are displayed in ModuleInfo, because sometimes
   more than one sample info table exists inside Dave Lowe binary songs.
   Only the first sample info table will be found.  Sorry, I'm lazy.

3. Dave Lowe songs ripped with attached ripper are always a few bytes
   too long (max 250 bytes).

4. ModuleInfo works/looks better for EaglePlayer 1.54.

5. Now you can choose your preferred player version for use with EP 2.00+.
