 MAXsTD (MAXsBBS and TrapDoor) is a small HACK to enable the great
 MAXs and TrapDoor to run together and enabling TrapDoor to be run
 as MAXs frontdoor mailer 24 hours a day, and everything else Trap-
 Door can do (eg: Poll for mail, and accept callers). And it works!
