ListServer.rexx is the mailinglist-server for UMS.

Mailinglists can be public or private and can have associated newsgroups
with full message threading ("References:" and "In-Reply-To:").

ListServer now has sepcial support to run in parallel to a uucico and
can answer mails in the same phone-call.
