Translates unix filenames and gcc-style options to
AmigaOS filenames and SAS/C 6.x options.

scc -E now can call the GNU cpp instead of "sc pponly"
if compiled with the PPONLY_WITH_CPP option (in scc.h)
(Thanks to Lars Hecking for pointing out that the
 SAS/C preprocessor is not ANSI compliant)

The next step will, of course, be the replacement of
the main compiler ... :)
