Description:
WordHunt is a word search puzzle game generator that makes
hidden word puzzles similar to those found in popular books
and magazines. The program allows you to create your own
computer generated puzzles of many varieties and sizes. The
computer can take almost any file with ascii data, extract words
from them, and hide them in a grid of randomly selected characters.
You can save puzzles, solve them by locating the hidden words
from the listing with the mouse, and print them to the printer, a
file, or the clipboard.

desired storage device.
Distribution:
Version 1.3 is freeware. You may use this program or give it
away freely, but the program executable may not be altered in any way.
It may be included in public domain/shareware collections
and public databases of programs of this kind. No charge may be
collected for the program except for nominal fees for disk media,
mailing, etc., as is customary in PD software distribution services.
Comments on V1.3:
Version 1.3 fixes a 'bug' that caused the program to abort without
any messages if it could not find the ENV:sys/font.prefs file. This
version will simply default to using topaz,8 for the puzzle window
if this situation should occur.
Version 1.3 supercedes and replaces 1.2. Version 1.3 will default to
topaz,8 font for the puzzle display if the program can not read the
font preferences file. V1.3 is a simple bug fix for a few users who
reported problems.
Bug reports:
WordHunt may cause problems with Magic Menus. I don't know why.
WordHunt follows the Intuition guidelines to the letter, AFAIK.
