External video driver for Shapeshifter and AGA amigas.
Doesn't need mmu.

* 040mmu drivers.


* Game playing features :

  * With lores screenmodes difference scanning only works with the currently
    visible part of the macscreen. Especially speeds up non mmu usage.

  * For multiscan and vga monitors:

     Full lores scale skipxy mode.

     Double scale mode.

  * For all monitors:

     Full lores scale skipy mode.

     Half scale skipxy mode.


* Plus some fixes.
