A program to make animations of chemical reactions with the purpose of
recording it on a video tape.  It is a programming language, containing
expressions, nested loops, etc.  It can handle molecules with in total up
to 64 atoms, and lines between atoms.  Works correctly under PAL.  Examples
and source (in DICE C) included.
