DSound is a CLI-based 8SVX sample player that plays samples directly off a 
hard drive, rather than requiring that they be loaded into memory first, thus
enabling samples of any length to be played even under low memory conditions.
This is version 1.50, an upgrade to version 1.40 which enhances the Workbench 
interface by adding support for tool types and which fixes a bug that would
cause the height of DSound's window to be incorrect in some cirucmstances.
