AmiToVMS (1.0 / 7-JAN-1999)

This is just a very little tool to convert an Amiga text file
to VMS text file (VMS is for OpenVMS operating system).

Tested on AmigaOS 3.1 and OpenVMS 7.1.
Writted in ANSI/C.
Source included.
Public domain (freeware).
