TBClock is a compact, commodities based, locale sensitive, screen title bar
clock.  It has a nice gadtools GUI and can "hop" to the frontmost screen,
even checking if there is enough space to draw without covering the original
screen title.  It also takes great care not to upset any other programs, such
as IPrefs.

What's new:

   * Very occasional deadlock problem fixed (thanks to Dave St. Pier for
     reporting problem)
