This  small prog has been written, becouse of SClock's deactivating WB.
Everyone,  who  uses  such  kind  of programs and MagicMenu, knows what does it
means. Always on start it is needed to click on WorkBench for activate it.
We didn't want to reassemble SClock (it would be dishonest and vicious).
So, we decided to write something, what would make WorkBench active.
