 The MAME output window is closed when closing the GUI.
 New banner at the top of the window (thanks Restore2003 and Toaks)
 Made compatible with v0.92 of the MAME ports. I had to remove the sound,
 and the screen resolution options for this.

 New options: Artwork, Background, Overlay, Bezel
 Bugfix: After starting, the working status of ROM's was not shown in the
 preferred list

 Added some cute and helpful little images into the ROM lists
 Added a "Delete Game Prefs" button
 Removed a bug that caused that a ROM was not selected when inserting it
 into an empty list by unhiding it (did you understand that?)
