This is the message base offline reader for use with IceBBS and
IceTERM. It supports reading, posting and replying (with automatic
upload of new messages capability) to message areas on an IceBBS based
BBS. The companion packages: IceTERMnnn.LZH, IceDemonn.LZH and
IceDOCnn.LZH (where nn is the version number) may also be needed to try
this out.
