This program is shareware, please read the documentation on how
to use this program.  It is designed to support a BBS so that 
only one point of attachment is needed with the BBS and the users
can move freely(and safely, no getting into other directories...).

This program allows a user of a BBS to access a CD-ROM or any
directory tree as if they were doing an FTP session on Internet.
This is a powerful program which allows a user to grab files and
download them when done.  There are many commands available(See
the user documentation).

This version now supports DLG tagged files so a user can tag the
files they wish to download.  This program is a STDIO door and 
can be used with any BBS program that supports that type.  It
was originally programmed and tested with the Citadel BBS program
