Updated version of the badly flawed AddFile script that I put together
about a year ago and just didn't work very well. This one works great and
will let you select .flo/.clo/.hlo outbound waiting mail lists for your
mailer via a requestor, or let you enter a new address manually, before
converting to a trapdoor/gms/any_other_mailer outbound file list and either
adding a filename of your choice to be sent, or creating the flo file for
you if it doesn't exist.

What's more it's bloody clever and won't kill any flo files and leave stray
packets etc....

Naturally it's run from within Spot of course :)
