Spewtag is a program that will add random taglines to messages.  It
can be used for Fidonet, Usenet or E-Mail and is designed for use with
Spot - but can be used with any other program.  This version now has text
formatting, it checks to see if a tagline already exists and it is much,
much faster than previous versions.  This is an executable version of
Spewtag, and does not need rexxmast running.
