Bug fix: some millenium (year 2000) bugs fixed. Date display was
wrong in the year 2000+ and FidoNet packets with date >=00 are now
imported as being created in the year 2000+. All fixed now.

Spot has been tested on nearly every Amiga model, including an A500 and an
A4000/040. A harddisk and at least 1MB of RAM are strongly recommended. At
least Workbench 2.0 is required, Workbench 2.1 or 3.0 for locale support.
