Welcome to release 1.04 of the Foozle Mail Manipulation System.
Although it has been quite some time since version 1.03 has been
released, this update only includes a few bugfixes. This is because
most of the development effort is put into a completely new editor.

   Please read the "Changes.doc" file carefully. You first have to
start FzI. Now you can enter the Screen-ID at the 17th possiton of
'general 1' and then press SAVE.

   As you all might know Peer is in Amerika for about one year. During
this time Foozle is being maintained my me. That means I process
registration, support and development. Please send all bugreports to me.

Changes from 1.03 to 1.04:

 - Foozle now doesn't quit if it wasn't able to write to the logfile;
   it just displays a message
 - fixed a bug that caused Foozle to go insane if you used "maintenance
   by message count" on areas with large message numbers
 - Foozle can now handle SEEN-BY's that contain a net number of 0
 - Foozle now recognizes reply introductions of up to 4 characters
 - Foozle now clears the "local" flag on incoming messages -- foreign
   messages having the local and kill/sent flags set are not removed
   anymore
 - Foozle now supports DisplayIDs. If you're running OS2.04 or higher,
   you can specify a DisplayID to be used by Foozle
