Stricq, an ICQ client - updated by Nogfx and Michael Malyshev

A GPL ICQ client based on original Stricq sources provided kindly by Douglas F.
McLaughlin (STRICQ), but probably outdated. The main differences with the last
version released are Locale.library support (50% translated) and small GUI
changes (especially Loading and About window)

Q.- Stricq Crashes when I quit
A.- If you're using TWFMultiled.mcc, please use lamp.mcc instead until I find
the bug... (the same error seems to occur with Napster so it's probably not
Stricq's fault but TWFMultiled's...)
