aCID-tOP is a weektop tool similar to dR.dRE's dRE!wEEKTOP, but can
now count up to 18TB on uploads per week and conference.
It uses the date.library to calculate the current week, manages all
datafiles fully automatic and comes with a small editor allowing
you to modify your all-time records.

It is of course freeware.
