Description:
This is a graphical packet monitor not entirely unlike xLoad (a CPU usage
monitor) for the registered version of Miami.
So it displays the packet in a graph in a window, which automatically rescales
when necessary.
It is a very simple program (and very short) so don't expect any fancy features.

Features:
Window dimensions (TOP, LEFT, WIDTH, HEIGHT) and draw pen and horizontal bar
colors (PEN and BAR) can be specified on the command line or as tooltypes.
Automatically exits when Miami goes offline (so you must start MiLoad after
Miami goes online, eg. in the events page).

The drawing interval (.5 second) and packet type (mi0) are hardcoded.
