This is the fourth release of the umssupport.library. She contains a set of
usefull functions for UMS- programms.

The actual release contains the report system and a powerfull message filter.

   The umssupport.library is a set of functions, often used by a lot of
   UMS- programs.

   The library is a open project. This means, everyone can add functions
   to the lib. To do this without geting a lot of different librarys with
   the same verson number you have to follow a small guideline:
   - discuss the necessity and the functionality of the function to add to
     the lib with some other UMS- programmers. On conformity:
   - write the code.
   - send the code in SAS/C compilant C-Source or linkable object module to
     chr@quack.westfalen.de (Christian Rütgers). In every case, send your
     source and a .doc, too.
     The object module has to be compiled as library code.

   I will add then the function to the library and distribute her. If you
   want to distribute the lib with your new code (e.g. to aminet) then add a
   notice to your code.
