This def_animtransfer consists of a black background with eight
small circles in a clock-like layout resembling LEDs (dark green
in colour). As a transfer is being done, each of the circles is
shown in turn in bright green (like an active LED).

Don't forget to keep the icon (def_transferanim.info) and place it
and def_transferanim in AWeb-II:images, as it contains some
image-specific tooltypes. The image file is an 8 colour iff as I
don't like larger files that take a long time to load.
