This is an old issue of the UK diskmag Grapevine, released by the group
LSD.  You'll more than likely have to use some degrader program to run
these on any modern Amiga.

You'll also need all three parts of the magazine, and to assign GV14a:,
GV14b: and GV14c: to the correct drawer. Better still, use real or virtual
floppy disks.
