Introduction
The Ultimate Blitz Basic 2.1 CD ROM image is freely available online, but the
floppy image is not so easy to come by and the licensing/legality issues are
unclear to me, so this script creates a a working floppy image from the CD by
extracting the relevant files.

Dependencies:
-Disk Image Mounter or similar
-Ultimate Blitz Basic 2.1 CD ROM image

If you have the physical CD then the above dependencies are not required.

Instructions:
1) Mount the CD (or CD image using Disk Image Mounter). It appears as BlitzCD:

2) Insert a floppy disk you are happy to allow to be formatted.

3) Open a shell and type/run BlitzISOtoFloppy.

The process takes several minutes and ends with output, 'DISK COPY COMPLETE'.

Issues:
It hasn't been tested on other setups as thoroughly as my own. Please report
successes and failures so I can update this readme.
