Short example code how to map the mouse to the
Joystickport. Can also be used if Port 0 is broken.
Use: SetMousePort 0|1 (0 = Mouseport, 1 = Joystickport).
It's based on some sample code in the RKMs - just
for you out there who doesn't have the RKMs.
