Modula-2 Interface for C.A. Weber´s iff.library

iff.library is very fast and efficient.

I´m using the Cyclone Modula-2+ compiler, but you should be able to use this
interface
module with every other good M2 compiler like M2Modula, Benchmark Modula or
Cluster
with minor or even no changes as well.

   - IFF.def           The definitions and library calls
   - ShowIFF.mod       A demo program
   - ShowIFF           The executable
   - cmc.opt, cml.opt  The Cyclone compiler options
