V2.50 - ENH: Now the "Find..." requester does not appear anymore if the current
             catalog is empty.

some
             chars and cleaning up everything a bit. Thank you Marco!
        ENH: In "Catalog Description" mode, the costant name is trimmed against
             white spaces on the right of the string.
        ENH: Now Drag and Drop recognizes ".cd" and ".ct" files (or, at least, 
             it tries :-)
        FIX: "Fill Empty Strings" now works _only_in ".catalog" edit mode.
        FIX: There was an error message which did not trig a call to
             locale.library (ie. it was always in English)
        FIX: Importing ".cd" routine didn't free previous catalog loaded.
