Examples and documentation for illustrating that the old BCPL based DOS had
more to offer than the official published functions and what this global
vector is all about.
Example comes with a fully documented startup-code (written in assembler)
used for BCPL compiled CLI commands and a short description of useable
global functions.

WARNING: This is all about an obsolete programming technique and a dropped
interface!!!
