GetWarpVars

	I seem to always be asking people to send me their Warp3D CGfx Mesa +
WarpOS env-variable config so prompted by a suggestion from Andreas Hippauf
decided to write a little prog to output them with the minimum of fuss.

Just start the prog from shell and there`s the output. Start it >file and 
send the file to the developer whose W3D/Mesa project has just crashed your
machine and they have a bit of extra info to work with.

The prog is freeware and I would encourage developers to include it in their
project archives and ask users with problems to send the output along with
their bug report. Don`t worry about including this doc or shit.

The prog will also output any combination of drawers if supplied with 
arguements So :

getwarpvars PowerPC 

would just output the WarpOS env-Vars, and

getwarpvars MESA GLUT

just the mesa and glut ones.

getwarpvars ENV:

will output everything in env:. This will look a mess.
