This is example how to scroll intuition screen via graphics.library/ScrollVPort
in multitasking friendly way.
CPU usage = 9% on 68030/50MHz, 50% on plain A1200 in 640/512/256col.

Yes, it could mean that 2 players with 2 joysticks can play 2 FuperFrog-like
games on one amiga simultaneously !  ( Plus raytrace on background ! :)

In order to run enclosed exe you will need lowlevel.library,  Joystick,
asl.library,  AGA or better and 512KB of chip ram,  but scrolling system
needs OS3.0 ONLY and nothing more.
