wif_info is a shell program that takes a W(allet)I(mport)F(ormat) string as 
input and it verifies the checksum and converts the rest of the  WIF string 
to a raw, hexadecimal format.  

This version correctly processes the leading-zero WIF prefix byte in bitcoin 
addresses.
