BBinstall is an installer for TrackDisk Boot Blocks.  It can
load from either raw data, or from an executable or object
file.  It can also save boot blocks, again as either data
or executable code.

This is the initital release of BBInstall, and, as usual, bug
and incompatibility reports would be greatly appreciated.
