A table of sample frequencies and periods used by Amiga tracker software.

An invaluable table for Amiga musicians, as well as programmers of audio
routines.
I couldn't find an accurate table of sample rates used by Protracker, OctaMED,
etc.
anywhere online, so I created one. Enjoy :)
