The File Description Standard, or FDS for short, is a new standard for
    creating file descriptions.  Notable features include;

        - Support for multiple languages in one single description
        - Extensive keyword support
        - Ability to automatically remove obsolete/old versions
        - Author, version, revision and date information
        - Sorting by keywords or directly into a specific dir

     The specifications also includes information on how to implement the
    standard in your own programs.  If you want to finally get rid of all
    those pesky FILE_ID.DIZ, this is the way to do it!
