These keymaps are designed for a UK Win95 type keyboard (unadvisable)
for use with Thai stickers (that have a US keymap printed as the secondary
keys). The Thai keymap should be correct for a standard Thai keyboard.
I downloaded aminet:text/font/Thai-keymaps.lha
and found a few strange mappings.
Included in this archive are some keymaps I have modified:
Win95_us : this is a Win 95 keymap as the Thai keyboard stickers
I have don't come in a GB/Thai version. An interesting
feature is that the pound sign £ is available next to Enter.
Otherwise it should be almost identical to a standard US keymap.
THAI_QWERTY-LH : I modified this from the one on aminet as it didn't
correspond to the key stickers I use.
Copy the keymaps to DEVS:keymaps and then you can select them from prefs.
A useful (but slightly buggy) utility is HotKeys. HotKeys is available
on aminet:util/cdity/HotMaps.lha and allows you to switch between two keymaps by hitting
both shift keys at the same time.
If you find any mistakes, please let me know.
Only Amiga makes it possible!
