multidisk V3.63 public beta

this version of multidisk.device now uses the openpci.library to locate
and activate the Catweasel MK3 PCI/Flipper in PCI equipped systems. This
includes Prometheus, G-Rex, Predator, Amithlon and Pegasos. Mediator users
are not previleged enough to benefit from OpenPCI drivers ;-).
