This was posted a while ago on the zerberus network
and fixes a problem of older ALF and evolution 
harddisk controllers by installing an autoconfig node,
thus eliminating the enforcer hits of the harddisk
access. Note: these hits are no bugs by themselves,
they just indicate that the config - code is a bit
sloopy.
