Here they are, The Definitive ToolTypes for 194x monitors... Well, I'm 
satisfied with them anyway. I have posted them, or slight variations, to 
various USENET newsgroups a few times, and several people have reported 
successful use of them.

So what do you get?

  o Super72 - 800x600 or more (my personal preference is 800x610).
  o Less flicker in Super72 (up to 84 Hz refresh rate, depending on your
    overscan setting) and DblPAL (54 Hz non-interlaced)
  o No fiddling with the monitor knobs when switching between Super72, 
    DblPAL, DblNTSC, NTSC, and Multiscan (!!!)
  o Perfectly square pixels in Super72, DblPAL, and Multiscan.
  o Border blanking.
  o A few tips on how to modify the drivers to suit your particular
    preferences.
